Dried mushrooms have a longer shelf-life and rehydrate perfectly for any soup or pasta dish.

To rehydrate: Pour warm water over mushrooms, covering them completely. Soak 30 minutes or until mushrooms are soft.
Cook with rehydrated mushrooms as you would with fresh mushrooms. Always cook mushrooms before enjoying.
Each bag contains 0.5 oz of dried mushrooms, which will rehydrate to up to 5 oz.
